Yesterday, CNN Money reported that Gillette and other makers of men's shaving products blame recent declines in sales on relaxing grooming standards for men, and the resurgence in popularity of the beard.
Those of us in the Northwest don't find this surprising at all, being used to seeing a large percentage of unshaven, stylish young, middle-aged, and older men. But, I guess it is bad news for makers of razors. Maybe they can pivot and start offering beard oil?
In any case, we wanted to take this opportunity to celebrate the beard,. If you ask us, it's here to stay!
