We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If you need to return a product, you may return it to 2940 Fairview Avenue East #214, Seattle WA 98102. Some online merchandise (including gift cards) are not available for return. If you receive a gift from someone, you may request a gift credit or exchange for the value of your return (as long as it follows our return and exchange guidelines). Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be issued to you. If you’ve requested a return, the new product (if available) will be shipped as soon as your return product was been received. First, please check around your house and with neighbors. Often times, carriers will deliver packages to back doors, side doors, or to neighbors who were home at the time of delivery. If you are still unable to locate it, please wait until the end of the day as tracking information may show that the package has been delivered when the package is still in transit.
