Our shipping department is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST. Orders placed before 12pm PST will be shipped same day (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship orders via USPS Ground, USPS Priority (2-3 business days), USPS Express (1 business day). You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method during checkout. HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?
Standard shipping usually takes 2-8 business days. Select USPS Priority or USPS Express during checkout for faster shipping. Shipping details including tracking information will be available through your LumberUnion account.
Tracking an Order

Returns or Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If you need to return a product, you may return it to 2940 Fairview Avenue East #214, Seattle WA 98102. Some online merchandise (including gift cards) are not available for return. - Items must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date with proof of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition (not worn or washed), with all original tags attached.
- All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unless it is defective.
- Exchanges are available if you ordered an incorrect size, the product is damaged or defective. Please email or submit the form below to request an exchange of your product. Exchanges for another size can only be completed if the size is available.
- Return shipping is the guests responsibility.
- All credits for returns, or additional charges for exchanges, will be applied directly to the original form of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the incorrect merchandise was sent.
- If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
- Sale items are not available for a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your item(s). If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to be credited back to you. In the event that your refund is not approved, we will work directly with you to find a solution. Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds take 3-5 business days after processing to be credited back to you. If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank to see if there are any pending transactions. The time it takes to receive your refund varies from bank to bank. Gifts or Promotional Items
If you receive a gift from someone, you may request a gift credit or exchange for the value of your return (as long as it follows our return and exchange guidelines). Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be issued to you. If you’ve requested a return, the new product (if available) will be shipped as soon as your return product was been received. My order shows delivered but I do not have it, what should I do?
First, please check around your house and with neighbors. Often times, carriers will deliver packages to back doors, side doors, or to neighbors who were home at the time of delivery. If you are still unable to locate it, please wait until the end of the day as tracking information may show that the package has been delivered when the package is still in transit.
